These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of worlds.energy and related marketing sites operated by Worlds Energy ("we", "us", "our"). By using these sites you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the sites.

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to our publicly accessible websites — including worlds.energy, byteiq.ai, waniq.ai, pushiq.ai, and hashiq.ai — and to any informational content we publish on them.

They do not cover your use of any Worlds Energy product, service, API, or commercial offering. Those are governed by a separate master services agreement, order form, or product-specific terms that we will provide before you become a customer. If those separate terms conflict with these Terms, the separate terms control for that product or service.

2. Permitted use

You may view, read, and share our content for personal, educational, or commercial-evaluation purposes. You may quote us with attribution. Media and industry analysts may reference our published material under normal fair-dealing principles.

3. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure, accounts, or systems;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the sites (including denial-of-service attempts, protocol abuse, or excessive automated requests);
• Scrape the sites in bulk for commercial data products, or use automated tools in a way that degrades service for other users;
• Use our content to train generative AI models, machine learning systems, or large language models without prior written permission;
• Impersonate Worlds Energy or represent unaffiliated content as ours;
• Use the sites to transmit malware, infringing material, or anything unlawful.

4. Intellectual property

All content on these sites — including copy, design, logos, product names (WanIQ, ByteIQ, PushIQ, HashIQ, FlowPulse, PathViz, and related marks), graphics, and software — is owned by Worlds Energy or licensed to us. Nothing on these sites grants you a license to use our trademarks or brand assets in any way that would suggest affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

5. Links to third-party sites

We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and governed by that site's terms.

6. No warranty

The sites and the information on them are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the sites is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied on as professional advice for your specific situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worlds Energy and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — these sites. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the public sites is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worlds Energy from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or infringing use of the sites.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the sites will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the sites after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
